Infrastructure
We have developed a state-of-the art Infrastructure unit, which is based at Ludhiana with all requisite facilities. This enables us to meet the bulk requirements of our clients within the given time frame. Our manufacturing unit is spread across a sprawling area. We have equipped our manufacturing unit with the latest machines, testing laboratory and R & D unit improved contemporary machinery, robust construction and these machines are operated by our most efficient and skilled professionals.
We have a modern infrastructure set up. And, our unit is well connected with shipment modes that enable us to timely delivery of our products at the customer’s end. Our set up also has a large warehouse that enables our persons to store the bulk quantity of products and though meets the needs of the customers.
COLD FORGING
Equipped with multi station forming machine for high production at close tolerances, fro the diameters of bolt 4mm to 27mm and length from 8mm to 400mm
HOT FORGING
Further facilitate us to produce even bigger diameters up to 64 mm and lengths 25 mm to 3000 mm. (evenspecial head bolts)
ROLLED THREADS
Rolled thread is the ultimate solution to get more strength and fatigue up to 20% due to uniform grain flow and unbroken fiber lines.
HOT DIP GALVANIZED PLANT
We are equipped with modern techniques of Hot Dip Galvanizing Plant and associated lab. facilities.
